We would be glad to supply you with parts and maintenance supplies. Just This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it a request for parts and we will promptly ship them to you – OR – sign up for our "Auto Ship Program" where we will send you maintenance / replacement filters and plates at regular intervals to keep your unit running efficiently all year long.
AUTO SHIP MAINTENANCE PROGRAM ***We are temporarily out of stock with Hepa Filters - it is better to run your unit without a Hepa Filter than run it with a dirty Hepa.  We should be restocked soon.

 

Warranty


To get the most out of your new LightningAir product, we encourage you to fill out your "Warranty Card Registration" online with our convenient form. Once filled out we can give you the best customer service, parts and repairs for your LightningAir unit.

If you feel you need warranty repair, and are still experiencing technical trouble after reviewing information on the FAQ's page and the troubleshooting page, please fill out the form and submit it for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will be glad to help. Your LightningAir Purifier comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
